Profisc+ from Herselt becomes PIA Group’s 44th office in Belgium

Jul 8, 2025

GHENT, 8 July 2025 – PIA Group continues its expansion into the Zuiderkempen region. With the addition of Profisc+, the fastest-growing accountancy, audit and advisory group in the Benelux adds another promising growth office to its impressive portfolio. “Within PIA Group, we are better equipped to face the challenges of our sector, which is undergoing a major transformation”, say Profisc+ partners Johan Siongers and Nikki Willems in unison. PIA Group’s Executive Chairman Steven Brouckaert confirms: “PIA Group supports accountancy, audit and advisory firms in crucial areas such as HR and IT without altering their DNA. Quality firms continue to seek us out because we are the only group that respects their individual character to the fullest extent.”

The rapid growth of Profisc+

Profisc+ was founded in 2014 by Johan Siongers who, after a successful career as an employee, felt it was time to start his own venture. Co-partner Nikki Willems was by his side from day one. Thanks to a client-focused approach, Profisc+ experienced strong growth. Many clients from the construction sector turned to the firm, as did entrepreneurs from other industries, medical professionals and consultants, all entrusting their accounts to Johan and Nikki’s rapidly expanding team. As a result, their initial place of business soon became too small. In 2019, Profisc+ moved to its current location in Herselt, which currently accommodates 16 colleagues.

PIA Group respects the DNA of Profisc+

The decision to join PIA Group was deliberate and well-considered. “We didn’t want to be swallowed up by a group and watch our firm lose its character. After the initial meeting with PIA Group, we immediately had a good feeling about things”, says Nikki. Active in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, the international accountancy, audit and advisory group acquires firms with respect for their DNA, internal operations and the entrepreneurship of the partners. “For us, local strengths and the benefits of economies of scale go hand in hand”, says Steven Brouckaert. At some point, their clients and employees chose their firm for a reason. “Not only do we respect those unique characteristics, we reinforce them through our shared support services.”

A partnership with added value

For Profisc+, personal customer service is essential but growth also brings challenges. Nikki sums them up: “Think of the war for talent, the lightning-fast digitalisation, ever-stricter legislation... The partnership with PIA Group was therefore a logical next step”, he explains. Nathalie Calle, CEO of PIA Group Belgium, continues: “Thanks to our support services, Johan, Nikki and the Profisc+ team can focus entirely on their clients, who also gain access to PIA Advisory’s expertise. Our specialists assist them in areas such as legal, VAT, CFO-as-a-Service, corporate finance, wealth and estate planning, M&A and digital transformation. Because all these services are housed within one group, we can guarantee a 360° approach that is perfectly in line with Profisc+’s signature style.”

Continuity guaranteed

Johan and Nikki will become partners in PIA Group and will continue to head the office as before. “We want to continue growing at our own pace. Thanks to PIA, we hope to attract additional colleagues in the near future, enabling us to help even more clients. We’re looking forward to working together to optimise our service offering and internal processes. Steven Brouckaert concludes: “Profisc+ is the 44th strong office brand to join PIA Group in Belgium and the 12th new addition in 2025.  This means we remain on course to reach our target of €400 million in revenue by the end of the year.”
